I do this work
every week.
I run the ecommerce side of a UK specialist retailer with around 9,600 products across Shopify and eBay. Suppliers, stock, seasonality, and customers who know the catalogue better than the staff. That is the day job.
Kelder Digital is one person. The person who looks at your problem is the person who fixes it, and nothing gets lost being passed between people. You will always know who you are dealing with.
I work with a small number of clients at a time, which is how the work gets proper attention rather than a slot in a queue.

I go through what you have and tell you what I find. That happens before either of us commits to anything.

Whatever costs you the most money or the most time gets done first.

Leave it documented
Written down in plain English. You will not need me to explain your own systems.
Tell me what's not working.
A couple of lines is enough: what the business does, and what is going wrong. I reply within two working days.
